Pav,

So, I suppose that this change on bsd.port.mk could be the cause the
problem on psptoolchain-gcc-stage2, the psptoolchain had worked pretty
well and nothing were changed recently on this port, maybe is the same
problem that we are faced out with devel/cross-gcc.
