My understanding is that nVidia have stated that they will release a
FreeBSD/amd64 driver once FreeBSD/amd64 supports some features that
the driver needs.  Looking back thru my archives, the blocking issue
appears to be PAT (Page Attribute Table).  jhb@ [copied] has done some
work on this and (last mail I've got) was waiting for feedback from
nVidia.
