You are missing one line in your kernel config:

pseudo-device   bpfilter        4       #Berkeley packet filter

Don't forget to create bpf device entry (entries) also. Cd to /dev 
and run sh MAKEDEV bpf0.

Can you please check the mailing lists archives before posting ? I 
know, in the beginning I behaved exactly as you and posted every 
question ASAP :)
