Possibly I can - I have a DRS6000 running upstairs. But first:

Which version of FreeBSD are you running?

Are you running X on your FreeBSD box, or are you working from the raw console?

When you say 'connected', what do you mean precisely? Telnet?

Precisely what do you mean by "Keyboard setting, vi, and screen display
cannot operate poperly"? Does the display get confused, or is it just that
erase and kill don't work?
