It's still a lot of space (over 40MB), and a heck of a lot of inodes,
so this advice won't work for everyone.  You can get just the
/usr/ports/Mk directory off of the FTP site, and that should solve
this particular problem.

It's not a port; it's part of the "games" distribution.  Install that,
and you'll find it in /usr/games/fortune.  The games distribution is
about 2MB, and fortune's databases probably make up most of that.
