It has already been reported that the leap second information for December 2005 is missing (PR kern/91152), and running FreeBSD 4.11-STABLE with leap second support enabled would still result in an incorrect system time. In addition, be aware that there is an exceptional extension of daylight saving time by one week announced for several Australian time zones (ACT, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania), see e.g. http://www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/lawlink/Corporate/ll_agdinfo.nsf/pages/community_relations_daylight_saving This information is not yet covered by the FreeBSD 4.11 zoneinfo files. If it remains this way, FreeBSD 4.x users in southeastern Australia will encounter a serious clock problem on March 26, 2006. N.B.
