Just to put his email in context -- a class at Yale is taking on Coda
hacking for student projects. Peter's email discusses the nature of some
of the projects (kernel support, PAM support, etc).

My feeling is that the concept of a PAG will require some further
refinement before any implementation takes place. Issues include garbage
collection, call-backs, transition across setuid (syscall, not app)
boundaries, etc.
