There are anti-spam features in there and it refers to some databases that get built --- denyip.db and spamsites.db. They get built from domains.txt and ips.txt. They also use the information from denyip.local and spamsites.local, but it never talks about 1) the format of the file and 2) how to put in information for a specific email address (ie, like the 2 spams I got through freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG) to prevent future spamming.
