  Modified files: (Branch: RELENG_4)
    sys/miscfs/procfs procfs.h procfs_dbregs.c procfs_fpregs.c
                         procfs_mem.c procfs_regs.c
                         procfs_status.c procfs_vnops.c
  Log:
Be much, much more paranoid on allowing I/O operations on procfs nodes.
Do this by (for now, at least) re-instating the previously-removed CHECKIO()
  macro.
