It avoids the dependency issue, but I don't like it very much, because 
it simply ignore what's stored in php.conf and force "pcre spl".
I'm not sure which would be the best solution, if adding (instead of 
overriding) "pcre spl" to PHP_EXT_INC, or giving en error because you 
are trying to install a port depending on PHP, but you have an 
out-of-date PHP installation.
