hi,

my security check output of this 2.2.7-R box says:

ed2: NIC memory corrupt - invalid packet length 8440

where 8440 may be replaced by 8702, 8701 or 8444
and repeated aprox 50 times.

was this:
- a bad hacker
- a bad nic (pci realtek 8029, 10base-t, ne2000-comp)
- a bad driver

thanks for all your input,

cheers,
