Basically, you should be able to put up a cvsup server for ports, and people add your entries to their supfile, and then your ports would just magically appear in /usr/ports. I don't think this is possible to do with cvsup collections as they work today, but I'm not certain. If it is possible, you should go ahead and set up a cvsup server (and give out the suitable entries to be able to cvsup the ports from there). There is a problem with conflicts when your ports migrate from your local tree to the generic CVS tree, of course. I'm not certain how this should be handled (one tree should probably be on override...) Eivind.
