Looking at freefall:/usr/local/www/bin/webupdate, PATH is only initialised from DEFAULT_PATH if PATH is unset. I think we should probably change that so that PATH is pre-configured so that /bin, /usr/bin, and /usr/local/bin are always in it, irrespective of any other paths that might be in there. Thoughts?
