This is the XF86Config section for my mouse (Logitech WheelMouse), maybe it  
can help you:

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier  "Mouse0"
        Driver      "mouse"
        Option      "Protocol" "Auto"
        Option      "Device" "/dev/sysmouse"
        Option      "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
