FreeBSD is a UNIX operating system, it isn't 'available'
for Windows. The FreeBSD (www.freebsd.org) front page will
direct you to all the information you need to install and use
FreeBSD.

Not 'any', but maybe 'most'. FreeBSD, in conjunction with WINE,
(http://www.winehq.com/) is known to work fairly well when
configured correctly.
