It's often too busy just trying to fix the bugs.. :-) If you see a bug report that's clearly closed, simply report it here as you have and someone will eventually get around to closing it. As our number of volunteers grows (as I hope it does), perhaps someone can eventually take over the role of "bugsmaster" just as this is currently done for "postmaster", "portsmaster", "webmaster" and so on.
