Jordan/David, care to post a screen shot with a perfmeter running off
of ftp.cdrom.com (open connections, data transfer/sec etc..?)

It's be a really nice shot to put up on advocacy.freebsd.org :)

instead of focusing on "pretty" it would be really nice to have=20
some "power screen shots".... :)

Most of the cool linux desktops you see for linux are available
for FreeBSD, most BSDers i know work harder on thier servers
than thier desktops though. :)
