If I do a 'shutdown -r now' everything proceeds and I see the words 'Rebooting' and the machine just sits there. None of the keys have any effect not even the power button, at this point I need to reset the machine via pulling the battery. If I do 'shutdown -h now' the machine halts and I can cycle the power with the on/off switch. Do I need to rebuild the kernel with some special option in order to get the machine to reboot?
