BTW, you seem to be doing a vendor-branch import followed by a merge a lot, what's the reasoning for that? I don't think it's really necessary for ports, the only net effect is one more extra revision per merge. I usually wouldn't mind it but Peter once said something about excessive branching making the cvs operations very slow (and the ports tree is already taking a lot of time due to it having thousands of small files...).
