Port installed using either pkg install netatalk3 or lastest portsnap .

Hardware is HP Prolian Micro Server with 2G RAM and

This error on this platform is reproductible what ever you use the pkg for FreeBSD 9.2 AMD64 or
 compiled ports. 

I have tryed all options on the ports except MDNS responder (I use avahi).

NOTE: I don't use TimeMachine on this host.
