This port should enforce usage of Perl 5.8.0 rather then allowing the
user to try and use the base perl; the port will fail to install
correctly and will install binaries into /usr/bin and scribble all over
your filesystem(s). Since this port can't be built as a package it's
probably been overlooked. Didn't test it very far after installing Perl
5.8.0 as it's very obtuse to configure.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install port using -DUSE_THIS_PERL on your commandline and sit back and 
watch the mess ensue.
>Fix:
Force usage of perl 5.8.0 in the Makefile, obviously make
/usr/ports/lang/perl5.8 a dependancy of /usr/ports/www/interchange and 
remove -DUSE_THIS_PERL
