As it has been discussed and decided on the freebsd-java@ mailing list, no new port is to be added with 'java' as its main category, unless it is related to Java core support (such as a JDK). A quick 'portlint -CN' would tell you about that... Now, I don't know how me may fix this for the current port. I don't feel like requesting a repocopy while there are still plenty of older similar ports in the 'java' category. Anyway, you got yourself a fancy pointy hat with this one :) Herve On Thu, Nov 03, 2005 at 08:28:49AM +0000, Alex Dupre wrote: > ale 2005-11-03 08:28:49 UTC > > FreeBSD ports repository > > Modified files: > java Makefile > Added files: > java/jakarta-commons-codec Makefile distinfo pkg-descr > java/jakarta-commons-codec/files patch-build.xml > Log: > Commons Codec provides implementations of common encoders and decoders > such as Base64, Hex, various phonetic encodings, and URLs. > > WWW: http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/codec/ > > Revision Changes Path > 1.161 +1 -0 ports/java/Makefile > 1.1 +47 -0 ports/java/jakarta-commons-codec/Makefile (new) > 1.1 +2 -0 ports/java/jakarta-commons-codec/distinfo (new) > 1.1 +19 -0 ports/java/jakarta-commons-codec/files/patch-build.xml (new) > 1.1 +7 -0 ports/java/jakarta-commons-codec/pkg-descr (new)
