Subject: 4.1 installation over a serial port console

Hi:

I tried to use a couple of 4.1 floppies to boot
my 3.2 systems so I can upgrade to 4.1.

My systems are "headless", ie they don't have a
VGA console but rather a serial console.

Since the 3.2 installation worked just fine this
way, I'm wondering why I can't get the 4.1 floppies
to work.

thanks
