Starting "dx" also works fine; it opens the "Data Explorer" dialog, in which I can choose "Import Data...", "Run Visual", "Edit Visual Program" etc. When I click on "New Visual Program", the application collapses and all I get is the message to the xterminal: timeout waiting for response from DX Bus error (core dumped) So the program terminates with signal 10, Bus error. Compilation of opendx port goes beautifully.

Starting "dx" also works fine; it opens the "Data Explorer"
dialog, in which I can choose "Import Data...", "Run Visual",
"Edit Visual Program" etc.

When I click on "New Visual Program", the application collapses
and all I get is the message to the xterminal:

Bus error (core dumped)

I am running FreeBSD 4.4.

Any idea what's going wrong here?
