Hi, I was trying to install the sudo port today (for version 1.6.4.1) and found that it fails the checksum. A little investigation showed that the reason is sudo-1.6.4p1.tar.gz is a symlink (or copy) of sudo-1.6.4p2.tar.gz on http://www.sudo.ws and some mirrors. Further the 1.6.4p1 package doesn't seem to be available anymore. However the good news is that sudo 1.6.4p2 builds fine when you change the PORT_VERSION and DISTFILE in the make file (and either fix or ignore check sums). -- Devin Kowatch devink@sdsc.edu To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
