Still not working on 5.2.1. Get the exact same error every time and no idea what is causing it. I do NOT get this error with RELEASE 4.x. I get this error whether I disable ACPI or not. Details below: panic: alignment fault cpuid = 0; syncing disks, buffers remaining... 320 320 320 320 Fatal trap 18: integer divide fault while in kernel mode cpuid = 0; apic id = 00 instruction pointer = 0x8 :0xc063831a stack pointer = 0x10 :0xe0793b40 frame pointer = 0x10 :0xe0793b40 code segment = base 0x0, limit 0xfffff, type 0x1b = DPL 0, pres 1, def32 1, gran 1 processor eflags = interrupt enabled, IOPL = 0 current process = 11 (idle: cpu0) trap number = 18 panic: integer divide fault cpuid = 0; Uptime: 1m28s <----- :) Note: Sometimes I don't get the Fatal trap 18. Instead I get "giving up on 142 (or similar number in the hundreds) buffers" then 'hit any key to reboot'. Uptime still under 2m :) Somebody suggested disabling the the secondary IDE controller of the docking station and then at the loader prompt: "pci.enable.unsupported_io_modes=1" but no luck.
