We have never supported reconstructing previous releases' ports trees.
The tags are just for reference purposes, and that's why they aren't
called RELENG_*.

Can people please stop bringing this up?  Peter W. explained many
times that not cleaning up the cvs attic will make cvs operations on
the ports tree ridiculously slow due to the large number of deleted
directories.

It's really a no-win situation, but the current way is the lesser of
two evils and pointing out these smaller evils over and over is not
going to change that. ;)
