NO. I've partly restored it, but with better wording. This is not something approved by doceng@ but by mailing list discussion. (this has been stated by doceng@ members over and over again on the lists.) As such, I've put it back with better wording. I've also assigned myself as the person responsible since I do have some work completed in this area. If I recall correctly, agreement to do this was done on the mailing list - just how doceng@ runs; thus, this change did not require their approval. -- Tom Rhodes
