I don't see a driver for the cards, but there is a fore_dnld program to
download code into the Fore cards. The authors of that are listed in
the manpage as:

Joe Thomas, Minnesota Supercomputer Center, Inc.
You many want to contact them about drivers for the Fore cards. 3.3 does
include drivers for the Midway-based cards from Efficient Networks.
