The file doesn't match what the port's expecting. Either the file is
corrupted or the author regenerated the file.  Use 'tar tzf
/usr/ports/distfiles/fnlib-0.4.tar.gz' to test the file, and 

make NO_CHECKSUM=yes install

to override the checksum check.
