Yes, Bosko knows this; it's what I meant the last time I
mistakenly said "mbuf's" in the same allocator discussion
context.

I took his ":-)" to mean that it was understood, and he
was chiding me for my aphasic dyslexia again.  8-).

Still doesn't answer the question about interrupt time
allocations.
