The boot loops (hangs?) in isa_probe_children. The problem is cause by assigning irq 5 to the sound card. With any other irq I can boot but the sound does not work. If anyone can help, my questions are: do the last changes to isa_common.c address this problem; should disabling PnP in loader.conf help? I tried this but perhaps not correctly. thanks for any help... _____ Douglas Denault doug@safeport.com Voice: 301-469-8766 Fax: 301-469-0601 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
