You have several choices ahead:
1. Wait a bit until -pthread weirdness would be resolved;
2. Manually replace -pthread in ports/x11/XFree86-4/files/patch-* with -lc_r
   and then recompile/reinstall XFree86-4;
3. Apply attached patch for gcc.295 and then recompile/reinstall XFree86-4.
