I didn't have the URL handy but thanks to admin@wholesalehosting.com who

Not quite what you wanted but it does have the benefit of allowing users
to 'roam' to other ISPs without having to reconfigure mail server
settings and not have to keep a relay open to anyone that knows which
domains you are hosting :)

I know that the same thing can also be done using qmail, if the
information for that has been published there is likely to be a link
from www.qmail.org.
