No clue.  Probably not, they're very new.

As long as you can get the thing to sit still and configure itself to one
of the com ports you should be ok.

Nope.  You might check in with multimedia@freebsd.org and see if there's
something for you in the sound code in development, I know they're working
on PCI probing but I don't know if the Ensonique stuff will be supported
or not.
