sysctl kstat.zfs.misc.arcstats.size

will tell you how much memory the ARC is using, it will likely be 'most'
of the wired memory. 'top' gives a decent display as well:

ARC: 2939M Total, 39M MFU, 2182M MRU, 1936K Anon, 136M Header, 581M Other=
