>Description:

Whoever made the Interviews port assumed everyone knows
what it is. Well, I am an example of the contrary. The
/usr/ports/x11/iv/pkg/DESCR starts with "How to use...",
which, in turn, tells how to write my own apps with
IV-libraries. Yet, not a word on what it is, and why
	should I bother.

>How-To-Repeat:

Try to find out /usr/local/interviews is put in $path of every
	user...

>Fix:

Add the _DESCRIPTION_ into the DESCR-file above. The text in
there now, is only usefull for those who already built the
library, hence, it belongs ot man-page(s), IMHO.
