[more...] Does the charter need a change or is a -techchat list needed? I don't see a list who's charter includes technical chat except lists for some specific topics. Or maybe the -misc newsgroup should be good enough. I'd prefer that the -chat charter change to "Only messages that doesn't belong in other mailing lists". Some meta-charter should prohibit SPAM and some fuzzy prohibition of too much political or other messages that would interest people who don't use FreeBSD.
