I've loaded 4.0 (from CD), and things seem to be working fairly smoothly except for the ethernet. At boot, I get ... lnc0: port 0x10e0-0x10ff mem 0xfc018000-0xfc01801f irq 9 at device 11.0 on pci0 lnc0: driver is using old-style compatability shims ... but it can't be found after that. ifconfig claims not to know anything about an interface named `lnc0'. Plug-n-pray is set to NO, and I've installed a stripped-down kernel (even removing the pcic stuff, since the only thing I'd normally add on is an ethernet card). Am I missing something obvious?
