FreeBSD contains software licensed under BSD-License, LGPL, GPL (which
restricts redistribution without making the source code available),
IP-FILTER (which does not expictly allow to make changes to the code),
Sendmail, ISC-Licensed Software like BIND, ...

It depends on your point of view, if you call these licenses =BBfree=AB.

Maybe you will prefer OpenBSD:
