One minor nit: the removal of /var/games breaks some ports, at least the
xmame/xmess ports. While I can add the required @mkdir & @rmdir to
those pkg-plists, other ports use this directory too:

[stijn@pcwin002] </usr/ports/games> grep -ril /var/games . | wc -l
      35

Can the /var/games entry be kept for this reason (the subdirs are of
course unnecessary)?
