My mother called and asked me if I knew of any way to help a friend of hers
who was really struggling with the lay offs and such at the
moment. Hopefully one of you can help him out with finding something.

Nien is a strong troubleshooter and network person by all accounts who was
laid off when people freaked at the word recession. He hasn't been in
Denver for all that long, having grown up in the Chicago area, and could
use the contacts of people like you. Just when it looked like life was all
going well, and they had just purchased a house in anticipation of their
newborn baby girl, Nien lost his job. He's been struggling with finding
something that can use his networking skills and he and his wife have had
to take jobs outside of their fields while they looks in order to make the
house payments and take care of the baby during alternate shifts.

Even for all this, he is optimistic, kind, hard working and helpful to
anyone he meets who can use his skills and seems like the sort who really
deserves for the tide to shift back to the positive for him again. I've
put his resume up on our consulting site so that people can go look at it,
but he's interested in any sort of placement and its location on the site
is just a matter of convenience to me. Thanks for your time and any help
you might provide him.
