This second part was not approved, you asked us in a separate mail about this 
which I replied to 5 afters after your commit (I was sleeping).

While I cannot immediately see a problem with the changes to qt33/Makefile, I 
have no way of checking that Qt will work with alternative versions of this 
library, as I don't have them.

Maybe a forced commit on this one to show that I did not approve it, and as 
far as I can see from the kde@ list mail, nobody else on the team did either.
