Hello,

There is lots of PHP programs that assumes there is an apache or
mod_php installed...

It is a shame for some people that uses PHP as fastcgi or as cgi that
are allway to fix / patch the Makefile to install it.

Maybe it should be a good idea to add some Makefile directive like
USE_PHP= yes ?

/Xavier
