Does x2divx-0.8 work for anyone on FreeBSD stable ? I get as far as compiling it, but it fails with signal 6 (abort(), illegal instruction) when I try to use it. This is the same behaviour as when I try to use the linux binary with the linuxulator. My problem is that the program is using avifile and the illegal instruction seems to be called inside the Win32 code, so I don't know how to find out what that illegal instruction is. It works on linux, so probably some status register has a different value that does not allow some instructions (I'm using a PIII Katmai CPU). Any hints anyone ? --gt --oyUTqETQ0mS9luUI Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGPfreeware 5.0i for non-commercial use MessageID: DQL5pz7JRxdO7PR41Ut7S3YKZDbHxroT iQEVAwUBOv7Ogb7hO6NLB/FvAQE5cggAshKhWp3fgU/+NC7lPi+hRkIw0U/1le1M ZL4WQeh5FoNDfgTKIImFinDUrZ5EkE5zHGr2EnQFo7fgY96BVwfLq1DTJqPILyNp WI2RrHlXLNGCm6Xo09jrCRU8j/XsNnv3kMLiW4NJjzfOYcLTC+QkmA9WDa4agjOG 9XHfzXw4MBfDd8Q/dJNHFeK0xacwBXxoYNnXK0TPJiz2Dope8hXFRzUJ5o7Bf011 ckY8cZunCpax/MNj24C1wKB8Wyn309M5y6mYgzcMJZ3Aq1f5lmwPNDVrNFa36mS4 qKjC+fbsr0crRnvCu1gG9wcaPdiHiKO2U1TxYAGQQjj7ZHdqCWaPmQ== =rM9N -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --oyUTqETQ0mS9luUI-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
