I've cvsupped the source on my laptop, ThinkPad 560, up to 2.2.8-STABLE. Also, cvsupped the PAO kit. Now, here's the situation. 1. I've make world without any problem. 2. I've make install in /stand/sysinstall without thinking twice that I shouldn't have done it since it is laptop, not desktop. 3. Anyway, I recomplied the kernel to recongize the new stuff. It failed. So, I believe the PAO kit is the key to recover from those two incidents. If so, how can I apply it??!! Not much information to help me out over at PAO page. I do not understand what to do after I've cvsupped PAO kit. Can anyone please guide me out of "being lost"?
