is this scsi or atapi?

if scsi, as root:

setenv CDR_DEVICE (controller),(target),(lun) (so in my case, setenv
CDR_DEVICE 0,0,0 (and 0,5,0 at home))

then
setenv CDR_SPEED (speed of cd recorder) (in my case "2")

then try cdrecord,

if its atapi, well, I'm not really sure if cdrecord works with it. -Pat
