Given that -current now has:

       {   0x9710, 0x9845, 0x1000, 0x0006,
            "NetMos NM9845 6 Port UART",
            DEFAULT_RCLK,
            PUC_PORT_6S, 0x10, 4, 0,
        },

are you sure the problem is still there?
