What is going ewrong?

Problem : Creating user account

Check /etc/shells
Check /etc/master.passwd
Check /etc/group

Ok, let's go.
Don't worry about mistakes. I will give you the chance later to correct 
any input.

For this message I deleted an existing user, and try to create this same 
user.
Also this failed, see below
