See the accept_filter(9) manpage.  "man 9 accept_filter".

I've just written a manpage for ACCEPT_FILTER_HTTP, I'm about
to get it reviewed for inclusion in FreeBSD 4.2 along with a
manpage for ACCEPT_FILTER_DATA.
